Project implementation

Our Project Implementation service is the first important step in planning for the timely and efficient migration from your existing system.

Project Planning Services by qualified Amlib are available to assist with the design a customised Project Plan to suit an organisation's unique requirements and timeframe.

Installation and Configuation

Qualified Amlib staff and consultants provide onsite installation of our software, and can also provide installation of the Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS. Onsite Installation Services available include:

Installation and configuration of Amlib and netloan
Configuration of automated backup and disaster recovery procedures
Installation and configuration of Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS (installation of Oracle RDBMS available from one of InfoVision's partners)
RDBMS tuning

Training

Training of Amlib and Netloan can be provided onsite at your premises by experienced Training Consultants, with topics covering all aspects of the software application including:

Configuring system parameters (including assistance with setup)
System overview and navigation
Individualised module application training (includes setup, data import and searching)
Advanced training (including customising reports and searches)

As an alternative to Onsite Training, we are also able to offer Online Training courses via the Internet.

Software Support

We recognise that Customer Support Services are just as important as the product itself. That's why we offer the Amlib Software Support Agreement. Services provided to Customers with current Support and Maintenance Agreements include:

Hotline Telephone Support
Online Support via Email and InfoVision's Service Request System
Regular Software Updates (Including Enhancements & New Features)
Remote Access / Diagnostics (via the Internet using either RDP or VNC)
